The Corporate Membership

The subject of coworking has for some time now been treated not only as a workplace solution for individual entrepreneurs, but for companies of all sizes. Under the term Corporate Coworking , coworking is implemented in larger companies: Companies such as SAP, AT&T and IBM have been relying on the concept of coworking for a few years now, especially when it comes to the themes of transformation, innovation and future-proofing.

Memberships in Coworking Spaces therefore not only offer start-ups a dynamic alternative to the classic office, but also offer medium-sized and larger companies a complementary solution between home office and HQ for creative and productive work.

With our Corporate Membership we would like to give you the opportunity to create a membership tailored to your company's needs. The composition of this membership takes place in two stages: Renting long-term desk options and selecting short-term spaces for creative and productive work.

The Desk Options

You can choose from three different desk options for the configuration of your Corporate Membership: Coworking Desk, Dedicated Desk and Private Desk. The number of desks can also be flexibly increased for rapidly growing start-ups.

The Coworking Desk is our most flexible workstation offering. This membership includes all the 5th Floor services, including coffee, WLAN, printers and much more. As a Dedicated Desk Member, you have a permanently assigned workstation and, thanks to digital access control, you have access to the Space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a Private Desk-Member, you not only get more work space, but also benefit from more privacy, security and hygiene thanks to the lockable glass cabins. The "Building-Block-Principle"

Depending on the desk option and the number of workstations, your company will have a certain number of tokens available each month; in other words, 4 tokens per coworking desk are available to you each month - 6 tokens per dedicated desk and 8 tokens per private desk. These tokens are then redeemable for a wide range of spaces for creative and productive work.

This means you can redeem the tokens differently each month according to your needs: Whether for a seminar room for training, a classic meeting room for customer talks or our Social Square for aperitifs. A detailed summary of the rooms and prices in tokens can be found here .
