Coming Soon: The 5th Floor CO.LAB

Starting in November 2020, we are offering a shared laboratory on The 5th Floor, which can be rented on a monthly or annual basis. The 5th Floor CO.LAB offers research-based start-ups as well as project teams of established businesses direct access to an approved laboratory. The basic infrastructure and easy accessibility to machinery and consumables allows you to avoid capital and time consuming investments.

The 5th Floor CO.LAB consists of a chemical laboratory and a biological laboratory. The chemistry lab has 2 workstations (with 2 circulating air chapels) over 16 square meters and access to the coworking space (including 2 desks). The 40 square meter biology lab is equipped with 2 research workstations (with safety cabinet/chapel and incubator) and 2 workstations, as well as access to the coworking space (incl. 4 desks). Complementary to the shared laboratory, we offer various services for an additional charge allowing you to put together a flexible office and laboratory product tailored to your company's needs. We have developed a disposal concept so that you can easily dispose of a wide range of laboratory waste in accordance with regulations. In addition, together with an external partner, we offer you laboratory equipment that you can rent on a monthly basis. Consumables can be purchased at preferential conditions from our in-house partner.
